1XXX Series   Thickness: 0.2-8.0mm

1100 aluminum coils are industrial pure aluminum, which has the advantages of high elongation, tensile strength, excellent electrical conductivity, and high formability. High corrosion resistance, does not require high strength components.

1060 aluminum for the industrial aluminum, aluminum content (mass fraction) of 99.60%, not heat treatment to strengthen.The shear strength of 1060 aluminum coil is similar to that of 1050 aluminum coil, but the fatigue strength is better than 1050, and the hardness is also better than 1050 aluminum coil.

Strong weldability, can accept gas welding, arc welding, contact spot welding and wire welding, and has brazeability.

1050 aluminum is 1 series of products. According to the international nomenclature, the aluminum content must be above 99.5%. The production process is relatively simple, the price is relatively cheap.

Due to the excellent electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity of 1050 aluminum coil, it can be used as a capacitor shell material. In addition, 1050 aluminum coil is also commonly used as CTP plate base, PS plate base, aluminum-plastic plate, and lamp material and put into production.


2XXX Series   Thickness: 0.3-600mm

2A14 aluminum sheet is a metal material used in occasions requiring high strength and hardness (including high temperature). The 2A14 series aluminum sheet is characterized by high hardness, among which the copper content is the highest, about 3-5%. With the development of my country's aerospace industry, the production technology of 2A14 series aluminum sheets will be further improved.

2A11 Aluminum Sheet is the earliest hard aluminum. Commonly known as standard hard aluminum, it has medium strength. The 2A11 aluminum sheet has good plasticity in the state of annealing, rigid quenching and heat treatment. It can be strengthened by heat treatment. It has good spot weldability under the state of quenching and natural aging.

2017 is a heat treatable wrought alloy that offers decent strength, ductility, and good machinability. Aluminum 2017 offers more strength than Aluminum 2011, and has fair workability and corrosion resistance.

2014 aluminum plate has high strength and good cutting performance. 2014 aluminum plate is used in applications requiring high strength and hardness (including high temperature), such as: mold, high-strength machine parts, heavy forgings, slabs and extrusion Materials, wheels, truck frames and suspension system parts.



3XXX Series   Thickness: 0.2-500mm

3104 aluminum alloy plate belongs to a series of Al Mn alloy. It is a deformed aluminum alloy. 3104 aluminum alloy has good deep drawing performance, which is suitable for thinning, stretching and lightweight to reduce material consumption. 3104 aluminum plate has appropriate elongation, good corrosion resistance and good processability.

3003 is the most widely used of all aluminum alloys. It is essentially commercially pure aluminum with the addition of manganese which increases the strength some 20% over the 1100 grade. Thus, it has all the excellent characteristics of 1100 with higher strength. It has excellent corrosion resistance. It has excellent workability and it may be deep drawn or spun, welded or brazed. It is non heat treatable. Applications: cooking utensils, decorative trim, awnings, siding, storage tanks, chemical equipment.

3004 aluminum coil belongs to a series of aluminum-manganese alloys. It has higher strength than 3003, excellent formability and good corrosion resistance. It requires parts with higher strength than 3003 alloy.

3004 aluminum coil has good formability, weldability and corrosion resistance. It is used for processing components that require good formability, high corrosion resistance and good weldability, or requires both these properties and higher strength than 1XXX alloys.


5XXX Series   Thickness: 0.2-500mm

5083 aluminum sheet belongs to Al-Mg series alloy. It is the highest strength corrosion-resistant alloy among practical non-heat-treated alloys. And it is suitable for welding structures. Also, it is worth mentioning that 5083 aluminum sheet has good resistance to seawater and low-temperature characteristics. Therefore, 5083 aluminum sheet has become the most suitable choice for marine-grade aluminum.

5052 aluminum sheet contains 2.5% magnesium and 0.25% chromium. It has good workability, medium static strength, high fatigue strength, good weldability, and very good corrosion resistance, especially in marine atmospheres. so many customers use this alloy for ship building, like 5052 H32 is always used for small boat building.

5005 alloy aluminum plate is a medium-strength alloy with good atmospheric corrosion resistance and excellent weldability. It is very suitable for decorative anodizing. Please note that alloy 5005 aluminum plate is suitable for anodizing and may appear stripes. If the surface treatment you are looking for is critical, please indicate "special anodizing quality" when ordering.


6XXX Series

6061 aluminum sheet is a high-quality alloy product produced by heat treatment and pre-stretching. Although its strength cannot be compared with 2000 series alloy or 7000 alloy series, the composition of 6061 aluminum alloy is mainly Mg and Si, so 6061 aluminum sheet exhibits excellent processing performance, excellent weldability and electroplating, good corrosion resistance, high toughness and other characteristics.


7XXX Series

7005 aluminium sheet belongs to Al-Zn-Mg-Cu series super-hard aluminium. It is a cold treated forged alloy with high strength, far superior to mild steel, and higher than 7003 alloy sheet. The strength is not as good as 6061 aluminium sheet, but the weight of 7005 aluminium sheet is light, it is the typical lightweight aluminium material. 7005 is one of the strongest aluminium alloys.
